Changes in military accounting rules: from May, all men will be sent to VLK - shopping center

Men who have illnesses and their certificates are not entered in Helsi should bring documents confirming their diagnoses to the CCC. Persons with disabilities should be provided with a certificate of the MSEC, told the spokesman of the Poltava military enlistment office Roman Istomin. Following the entry into force of the Mobilization Act on May 18, men will have 60 days to update their military accounting data.

According to a spokesman of the Poltava Regional Criminal Code and JV Major Roman Istomin, all military personnel will be sent to the VLK. He reported this in an interview with Telegraph. "The conscript citizen who arrives to clarify his military accounting data will definitely be directed to the VLK, even if he is given a deferral," Roman Idumin said. He stressed that information on fitness for military service is one of the items of military accounting data.

Isusumin stated that it was not necessary to fear and blame the CCC of the illegality of such a referral. In addition, Istomin noted that VLK doctors have access to the Helsi information system, where all medical documents are stored. However, he reported that a person who was aware of his diagnosed diseases or his certificates was not entered into the system, it is necessary to bring documents confirming the diagnosis.

In particular, in the case of disability, a citizen must have a MSEC certificate. Recall that in Ukraine they can mobilize persons with disabilities to the Armed Forces. However, this is possible only at will and in the case of signing a contract with the army. Men who get a disability after a full -scale invasion must undergo VLK to confirm the diagnosis. Earlier, lawyer Diana Skumadchuk stated that some men have the right to defer from mobilization.
