The Russian Federation has no strength to capture Kharkiv and wants to make the locals evacuate - Blooomberg

Journalists point out that shelling of Kharkiv Russians has increased significantly, the invaders are trying to destroy all the energy infrastructure of the city. Intensive attacks of the Armed Forces of Russia on Kharkiv is a way to force the local population to evacuate, since the Kremlin now does not have the necessary forces to attack the city for its occupation. About it writes Bloomberg.

The authors of the article, with reference to untouched officials in Kiev and in the Western countries, claim that Moscow's recent actions aimed at destroying energy objects are more reminiscent of planned efforts to create conditions to make Kharkiv unsuitable for life. At the same time, the invaders decided to take advantage of the moment when the Ukrainian army declared a lack of artillery ammunition and missiles for air defense.

At the same time, the material states that the Russians have not so long ago tried to disseminate false information about the "evacuation of Kharkiv residents in connection with the possible environment of the city", which led to the spread of panic. The article also mentions the statement of Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko, according to which "almost all" local electricity generation was destroyed during Russian blows, which is why "winter will be a call for us.

" The sources of the publication note that US Presidential Administration Joe Baidena discussed a way to help Kharkiv in resolving energy issues. However, almost no one predicts that the Kremlin's forces will be able to capture the city in the near future, according to the article. According to President Vladimir Zelensky's environment, the Russians do not have sufficient resources for a serious offensive, and therefore the invaders seek to create a feeling of panic.

At the same time, officials in the US and in other countries of the West agree that Moscow cannot start attacking Kharkiv without significantly replenishing Russian troops, the authors of the article are convinced. On April 4, military expert Igor Romanenko stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin considered Kharkiv a sacred and the most Russian -speaking city, but he could not conquer him either during the first attempt at aggression or during the second.
