"There is only one direction": The expert called a promising front area for the offensive of the Armed Forces

According to military analyst Sergiy Grabsky, Ukraine is very needed south and the liberation of Crimea to consolidate its dominance in most of the Black Sea and significantly expand the zone of our economic operations. The southern direction is promising for the promotion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Armed Forces should be released the Crimea Peninsula. This was stated by the Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military expert Sergey Grabsky in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

"We have one direction because it is impossible to talk about any promotion to the east without a strategic resolution. As Hrabsky emphasized, it is strategically important for Ukraine to ensure control of the southern direction and liberate Crimea to strengthen its influence in most of the Black Sea. This will significantly expand our economic actions, which are also an integral part of military operations.

According to his statement, the financial aspect plays a key role in any military conflict. "Therefore, we do not have directions-we have only one direction. Without resolving the issue of the South, to talk about any other operations is absolutely senseless," he added. According to the expert, other directions may have the nature of local actions.

"We can consider tactical operations, such as Trinity - Svatovo - Kreminna, and tactical maneuvers in the Bigorivka area or counterattack in Bakhmut area are also possible. However, in my opinion, to discuss other areas in the conditions of current work on the destruction of the Southern Front is false" , - Hrabsky notes. We remind that in January 2024 the media listed the victories won in 2023.

Among the victories is the control of the northwestern part of the Black Sea and the work of the grain corridor. On January 3, it became known to return from captivity230 Ukrainians. The head of the GUR Ministry of Defense Cyril Budanov stated that people were rescued thanks to a complex special operation. On December 27, DeepState analysts reported that the occupiers increased the presence of artillery and increased the activity of cabins near Rabotyn.
