In addition, the RFC is a participant in military assembly and exercises of children who spread the ideology of continuation of the war against Ukraine, and use symbols of aggression "Z".
The Ombudsman also noted that it is probably a purpose of Russia, according to which new RChH organizations that will receive funding from Russia should work in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Dmitry Lubinets added that this situation is another confirmation that the occupants use the world name of the humanitarian organization to achieve their political and military goals.
He added separately about the sending of a letter to the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent for the purpose of public condemnation of such actions, conducting a transparent investigation of RFC actions, as well as suspension of membership and participation of the RCC in the community for the period of the investigation.
