Defenders of Ukraine tracked the complex on the basis of the armored vehicle

The Armed Forces destroyed the system "Leer-2" in the Donbass: how it will complicate the life of the occupiers (video)

Defenders of Ukraine tracked the complex on the basis of the armored vehicle "Tig-M" 17 km from the front line and attacked at the most successful moment. The forces of special operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed by the Russian complex of electronic wrestling "Leer-2" in Donetsk region. The command press service reported on a successful operation on the Facebook page, providing video as evidence.

Judging by the frames, first aerial intelligence officers from the 3rd Regiment of the SCO noticed the movement of the car "Leer-2" on the front and traced it to a new position, where the occupiers decided to hide valuable equipment. Waiting for a convenient moment when the goal stopped on the spot, the soldiers were shot at the target, probably with the help of high-precision artillery or drone Kamikadze.

"The folk sign: if the SCO was recorded by the enemy equipment, then" live "she has not long," the press service said. Analysts of the portal "Militar" managed to establish the exact place of the event - the outskirts of the school in the settlement of Novolugansk, located in the Donetsk region west of Svitlodarskaya. Before destroying, the "Leer-2" system was 17 km from the front line.

According to the Russian website "War Obress", the mobile automated complex of the ENB "Leer-2" is intended for radio intelligence sources of radio emission, obstruction and suppression of electronics. It also allows the operation of various radio electronic systems and evaluate the electromagnetic situation. The complex is unfolded on the basis of the Tiger-M armor, which provides high mobility-the speed on the highway reaches 140 km/h.

In addition, the armor protects the crew "Leer-2", consisting of two people, from explosions of grenades, as well as fire from automatic rifles and machine guns. Thanks to these characteristics, the system can be used quite close to the front. "Leer-2" was developed at the Russian Research Institute "Stalon" (included in the concern "Vega"). The complexes have been armed with the Russian army in 2017, they are supplied to the troops of the IP, as well as units of the Airborne troops.
