Aurelia system: in the Russian Federation came up with how to defend themselves from Ukrainian sea drones

To spread: the Russian company "Rusich" has declared the creation of a modular barrier "Aurelia", designed to protect strategic objects from attacks of Ukrainian marine drones. The system was tested in the Gulf with the participation of representatives of the Navy of Russia. The official representative of the Rusich developer organization told about the principles of the Aurelia system.

It is based on damage to the engine engines: the active elements of the barrier are sucked into the waterway or twist the screw, which leads to stopping the boat or unmanned apparatus. Each module has a length of 10 meters and a width of 3 meters. The design includes floating resistance, connecting network, special anti -water elements and immersion anchor.
