"It is the air defense systems that can be a decisive factor in protecting the sky of Ukraine and saving thousands of lives, providing our defenders with the opportunity to repel aggression and make the enemy retreat," - said the head of the Ministry of Defense.

Umerov not only noted the complete openness of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of defense industry - the creation of joint ventures, transparent development of investments, localization of industries, but also thanked all allies for their systematic and steadfast support of Ukraine. This applies to both the Czech initiative and the willingness of certain countries to transfer their air defense systems, including Germany for the decision to send additional Patriot systems.

At the same time, representatives of the Ukrainian authorities noted that it will not only help Ukraine, but also strengthen the defensive potential of the European countries. "A strong partnership between Ukraine and the European Union is the key to our common victory and the return of peace to our continent," Uimerov summed up. Recall that recently Russian troops are increasingly used by cabins on the front, as well as for shelling of settlements of Ukraine.
