Defense forces struck the management point of the troops "Center" of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Lugansk - Stratko

Local publications reported an explosion at the machine -building plant in the occupied regional center. In the occupied Lugansk in the afternoon, on April 13, explosions were raised, and then a thick black smoke rose above the city. Later, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that an enemy management point was struck in Lugansk. "The Defense Forces of Ukraine successfully struck the department of the enemy in the occupied Lugansk troops," the message reads.

The Ukrainian side has not yet reported more detailed information. In the afternoon in Donetsk publications, an explosion near a machine -building plant was reported. According to analysts, there was a base for repair of military equipment. The invaders claim that two Storm Shadow missiles were used. According to the head of the occupation administration Leonid Pasichnyk, the Ukrainian military struck a machine -building plant.
