According to the Armed Forces, the invaders hit 26 settlements in Zaporizhzhya, Pologovsky and Vasylivsky districts. The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov also confirmed the attack of the enemy on the personnel of the 128th separate mountain and assault brigade. "I sympathize with the families of fallen soldiers from the 128th separate mountain-assault Transcarpathian brigade," the message reads. According to Umerov, all the circumstances of what happened will be clarified.
"I instruct the Main Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defense to carry out a full inspection of this tragedy," the minister stressed. We will remind, on November 4 the military with the pseudonym "Casper" stated that in the frontier village of Zaporizhzhya region allegedly staged a solemn awarding of the Armed Forces, which became deadly. According to the military, the officers gathered the fighters for the award.
Since the meeting place is close to the enemy's position, the Russians saw a cluster of Ukrainians and struck. Later, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Viktor Nikita reported that more than 20 dead are known. Nikita urged the community and entrepreneurs in food establishments to keep in the next few days from any entertainment, concerts and more.
