Russian invaders have almost completed preparation for fake "referendums" in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, but the so -called "votes" may be different. The speaker of the GUR Ministry of Defense Vadim Skibitsky reported this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine. According to Ukrainian intelligence, the occupiers have already created election headquarters, operational staffs, made lists of voters and created election commissions.
