Anti -aircraft drones have become a serious problem for the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation: experts have revealed details

According to analysts, the Russian Federation has no centralized program for the creation of specialized systems of EWS for screw machines. This puts Russian helicopters, including KA-52, in a vulnerable position. Recently, in Russia, fears have been increasingly expressed about the increase in the effectiveness of Ukrainian anti-aircraft FPV-pings against Russian helicopters.

For example, the leader of the Russian Telegram channel FighterBomber said that these unmanned aircraft have become more effective in the defeat of helicopters than traditional anti-aircraft missiles. The situation was analyzed in their material experts with Defense Express. The publication emphasizes that although only two successful interceptions in the Kursk region are officially confirmed, this topic is of serious concern among military specialists.

As a result, the issue of helicopter protection by means of electronic warfare (HRB) is raised. But despite the active use of EWS systems by land units, their installation on helicopters in Russia is still at the level of enthusiasts initiative. Experts say that the Russian Federation has no centralized program, which would be involved in the relevant scientific and production capacity to create effective HRS systems for aircraft.

This puts Russian helicopters, including KA-52, in a vulnerable position. At the same time, helicopter remedies, such as L-370 "Vitebsk", are designed to counteract the threats of anti-aircraft missiles and air-air missiles. However, these systems are ineffective against FPV-oules that use completely different principles of attack. As a result, Ukrainian anti -aircraft drones have a window of opportunity to defeat the enemy helicopters.

The fact is that Ukrainian UAVs, equipped with advanced systems, such as machine vision, can neutralize the work of the EW, so in the absence of factory systems of EWS for Russian helicopters, this becomes a serious problem. The development of such systems requires a long time, which can give Ukraine a significant advantage in this direction. Thus, the Ukrainian anti-aircraft FPV drones are a new and increasing threat to Russian helicopters.
