The head of the Armenian government noted that his country had transferred to Russia "millions of dollars" for weapons, but Moscow did not return the money. According to the politician, discussions on possible decisions of this issue are currently underway. According to Pashinyan, one of the options considered in Yerevan involves the deduction of the amount of Armenia's debt spent on Russian weapons to Russian. The prime minister stressed that this is not the only option.
Pashinyan also added that Russia "needs weapons itself. " According to him, Armenia is ready to work on this issue. "I hope these discussions will bring specific results," Pashinyan summed up. We will remind, on November 14, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nicol Pashinyan stated that he will not be able to participate in the summit of the organization of the Treaty on Collective Security (UDCB) in Minsk. Thus, Yerevan has refused to participate in the CDU Summit for the first time since 2009.
