"Import substitution" does not cope: "The most powerful" ship of the Navy of the Russian Federation did not go out into the sea

The release date of "Admiral Tilt" is not transferred for the first time. Initially, he wanted to return it to the Navy combat warehouse in 2018, and later the date was postponed to 2024. As of 2023, the cost of repairing and updating the cruiser has almost doubled and exceeded 200 billion rubles. He was up -to -date in 1999. Back in April 2023, Russia suggested that the repair would not be able to be completed on time. Local "military expert" Vasyl Dandykin connected it with the war in Ukraine.

Dandykin said that after the planned modernization on the ship, the most modern equipment will be installed. Admiral Tyntomov will be able to use Onyx, caliber and even zircon missiles. According to the expert, the cruiser will prevail in combat capabilities, most of the fleet ships of the so -called unfriendly countries.

According to Russia, the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Alexei Kryvoruchko stated that Admiral Tyknov would become the most powerful ship of the Russian Fleet. It plans to install the C-300FM "Fort-M" and "Armond-M" air defense complexes, as well as the protical weapons "Pack-NK" and "Otvat". After modernization, the cruiser must receive 10 universal trigger modules for 80 missiles.

Another Russian "military expert" Dmitry Boltenkov reported that the ship was actually rebuilt. Only the body remained from it, and the stuffing is completely changed. Unnamed auxiliary systems were planned to be purchased in the West, but because of sanctions in Russia, they were forced to resort to so -called import substitution. Defense Express analysts have suggested that the Russian propagandists themselves understand what unhealthy the situation has developed.

Admiral Tynomov has been repairing for 25 years, so they have been trying to find an explanation. According to one version, in November-December in the White Sea, where the running tests were to carry out, the ice season begins. According to another version, the ship has not yet been brought to air conditioning, so it is better not to rush to the sea. The Russians are also justified by the fact that the war they have solved in Ukraine created "more priority tasks" for the MIC.
