"Momchina Terrorists": Teenagers in the Russian Federation threatened to blow up 20 schools and the City Hall of St. Petersburg

The center of the Ministry of Emergencies in St. Petersburg received a letter, whose authors introduced themselves as members of the organization called "All P *** EC". Petersburg received a letter containing threats to undermine 20 schools in the city and the City Hall if the authorities do not cancel the EDe (the single state expert) and does not transfer 1 million rubles to the specified phone number. This was reported on October 14 by the Russian Channel "Mash on Moyke". The author or authors of the letter were introduced by the organization under the original name "All P *** EC".

The letter allegedly contained threats to undermine hexogenous 20 schools in the Primorsky district and the City Hall, if their requirements were not fulfilled. "Mommy terrorists promised to blow up 20 schools in the Primorsky district and demanded to cancel the EDI and ZNO (and another one million rubles)," the channel authors write. But the anonymous terrorists did not stop there.

They promised that in the event of failure to comply with their requirements to the City Hall, three cars of "eye" with explosives would come. However, as it turned out, no explosives or a car with hexogen was detected. And the phone listed in the letter belongs to a 17-year-old Russian, with whom, however, could not be contacted. It was also reported that no explosives were found in schools, and even without evacuation.
