The immediate and maximum response of the world to Russian terror is required - Vladimir Zelensky's appeal to Russian ecocid as a result

I turn to everyone in the world who appreciates life. Today, on our Ukrainian land, Russian invaders committed the greatest crime of ecocide, and not only during this war, but in decades. The Kakhovka reservoir is actually destroyed - one of the largest in Ukraine. 18 billion cubic meters of water. All structures of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, its dams were in the occupied territory under the full control of the Russian invaders.

Last autumn, we had information about the mining of the Kakhovska Dam Dams. They did it specifically. First, for blackmail of the world. Secondly, to blow the dam and use the flood as weapons. Actually it happened. There are more than 100,000 people in the flood area in the flood area. At least tens of thousands of people remain there now. The Kakhovka reservoir provided the enormous part of Ukraine with drinking water - cities and villages with hundreds of thousands of people.

Plus provided farmers and agricultural production of the south and the center of Ukraine. Plus the destruction of the dam and reservoir is a man -made blow to the environment, after which nature will have to recover for decades. The evacuation of people from the flood zone continues - almost 80 settlements are threatened. A spot of petroleum products was also formed - at least 150 tons, which attributes a flow to the Black Sea.

We cannot still predict the number of chemicals, fertilizers and petroleum products stored in flooded areas will get into rivers and sea. There are some things obvious today. The first thing is that such an ecocid crime could not happen as a result of the shelling of the dam. In order to destroy it, the Russian forces had to be consciously acting - to change, undermine, destroy.

Second, no country in the world should remain alone against such terror, and I am grateful to anyone who helps Ukraine! Third: the immediate and maximum response of the world to Russian terror is needed. From the UN Security Council to every international institution. Every state, every leader. Russian terrorists should leave from all our territory, each meter they try to use for evil and catastrophes. The faster it will be, the faster it will be safety.
