Only one day is almost 70 missiles against our energy infrastructure. Unfortunately, there is a hit and a dwelling house. Hospitals, schools, transport, residential areas - everything was injured. Russian terror has led to blackberries, not only in Ukraine. In the neighboring Moldova, light also disappeared.

But anywhere in the world should not understand what Russia wants to achieve such blows. Energy terror is an analogous to the use of weapons of mass destruction. When the temperature is on the street and tens of millions of people are left without electricity, heat and water as a result of engaging Russian missiles, it is an obvious crime against humanity. Ladies and Gentlemen! Among you are representatives of a state that offers nothing but terror, destabilization and misinformation.

Any Russian formulas do not provide anything else. And that is why I emphasize again: it is time to support the Ukrainian formula of peace! There should be no opportunity for terror in the world! That is why we turn to our partners to protect our sky. We need modern and effective air defense systems and about, and I thank everyone who is already helping. What can you tell you now a representative of a terrorist state? What do peaceful people suffer from their rockets? Everything is obvious.

Everything is too obvious. And I call you to specific steps to protect humanity and life! Russia has long been trying to turn the UN Council into a rhetoric site. But the Radbez was created as the world's most powerful playground for decisions and actions. That's what we can demonstrate with you. The Radbez should clearly evaluate the actions of the terrorist state in accordance with Section 7 of the UN Charter.

Ukraine proposes that the Radbez adopts such a resolution-condemning any forms of energy terror. We will see if someone in the world can say with Russia that terror against civilians is allegedly well. I confirm the invitation from Ukraine to the mission of UN experts to the critical infrastructure of our country, which have suffered or may be hit by Russian missiles. It is necessary to properly evaluate damage and destruction.

It should be noted that it is a blow that is the infrastructure that provides the lives of tens of millions of people. Finally, justice should be restored within the UN structures themselves. The terrorist state should not participate in any vote on the issues of its aggression, its terror. It is a dead end when the one who caused the war when the person responsible for terror blocks any attempt at the UN Council to fulfill its mandate.

It is nonsense that the veto right is retained for someone who carries a criminal war. It is necessary to remove the world from this deadlock. This is absolutely possible.
