He noted that the Russian invaders were moving from the Berdyansk direction towards the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Illich. OSA SPR is intended for covering the forces and means of the Motorized Firest Division in all kinds of battles. As of 2007, the complex was the largest means of air defense in the Russian Federation.
