The letter of the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Elvira Nabiullina states that in case of refusal to receive the summons of the male debtor, employees of the bank should call the police. The head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Elvira Nabiullin has signed a document that obliges bank employees to hand over sum and to sign a contract for men who have credit debt. This was reported by the InformNapalm International Intelligence Community in Telegram.

The letter mentioned is that the debtors' summons are required to "increase the liquidity of the banking sector". It is also said that by the 31st 2022, Russian banks must inform customers who have debt on loans on new rules. The male citizens will no longer take compulsory debt recovery measures, and the penalties will be stopped. They, in turn, must provide banks with original documents for reconciliation.

Those Russians who appeared to the banking institution will be proposed to sign a contract for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, or awarded a summons on the call to the military enlistment office. "In case of refusal to sign the contract and (or) receipt of the summons, fix the refusal of video fixation, as well as to ensure an immediate call of police officers for detention of an individual," - the text of the document reads.

We will remind that according to the head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kiril Budanov, the Russian Federation plans to start a new wave of mobilization as early as January 5, 2023, since the army needs replenishment of personnel. Focus also wrote that on December 21, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu spoke about the goals of mobilization in Russia.
