The report states that Russian curators do not trust those collaborators whom they put to play the demonstrative role of power in the regions. They could not hold the so -called "referendum" on joining the Russian Federation. Now, as it is reported, the "elections" of the Russians are taken to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine political technologists, observers, organizers of the mass, as well as propagandists.
Moreover, representatives of the Central Election Committee in the Russian Federation will be exercised by the election process. The CNS reported that the Russians had already demanded that all budgetary measures participate in the vote for painting. Also, the whole process will be fixed on the camera pre -prepared propagandists. The report noted that for the Russian Federation the main thing is to create the visibility of voting at least on the camera.
