The war veteran with the Sicheslav paratroopers from the 25th Brigade of the Sicheslav paratroopers resumed his hand and almost lost his leg as a result of his injury. After recovery, he had to suffer from the actions of police who did not hear his exclamations about pain and the possibility of new injuries. Patrol police stopped a car in the city of Samar of Dnipropetrovsk region to check the documents with the driver.

During the verification of the documents there was a conflict and law enforcement officers tried to put on shades on a man who shouted that he was a man with a disability and had a plate in his hand. The exclamations were not considered, although there was a risk of injury, instead heard insults towards the detainee.

The focus gathered information about the police response of the Dnipropetrovsk region, the impression of the war veteran with which the incident occurred, and his brothers from the 25th separate airborne Sicheslav Brigade of the Armed Forces. Video with conflict personnel appeared in the unofficial Telegram channel 25 OPDBR at 21:50 on December 11. The post states that the detention was carried out by patrols from the Novomoskovsky Police Department.

The record shows how law enforcement officers check the documents near the car. One of the men gives documents to the car. In the moment of another citizen, they throw on the ground, twist one hand behind their backs and try to twist the other. At the same time, he can hear the exclamations that he hurts, he has a injured hand and he is a person with disabilities. "Lift me up, I'm disabled. What are you doing! I have a plate in my hand! You'll break it now! I have a handed hand," the man says.

At the same time, you can hear the comments of one of the law enforcement officers: he insists that the person will be lifted from the asphalt only after the handcuffs are dressed. At the same time, they do not pay attention to the exclamations of pain and statements about disability. "First handcuffs. Are you a disabled head?" - says the law enforcement officer. The next post in the channel of the unit is from a man who was broken.

As it turned out, it is a war veteran with a call sign "Yamaha" out of 25 OPSBR of the Armed Forces (Sicheslav paratroopers). The veteran explained that he had demanded documents from the police and was arrested instead. He added that a year and a half was rehabilitation after injury, he was a person with a disability and wants the police who delayed him to receive punishment after publicity. On the Facebook page of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region at 8 hours.

On December 12, a response to a conflict in Samara appeared. The post states that the video investigations were launched on the video. They promised that when they find out the details of the event, they would inform the public. The law enforcement officers did not tell other details about the circumstances of the incident. The story of the fighter with the call sign "Yamaha" appeared in the brigade channel. The brothers showed his photo during rehabilitation after injury.

They showed what the injured hand looks like: first it was twisted, then a metal rod, which is visible on the X -ray, was inserted inside. The situation was so complicated that he could be amputating his leg, but she was able to save. In addition, citizens raised money to help a fighter. "No one has the right to offend, beat, twist the person who protected us with you, returned with hell, her teeth bitten this life!", - wrote brothers.

The channel also showed Yamakh awards and noted that the police behaved "highly dimensional" and without respect for people. Among other things, they reminded that the full -scale war is going on for the third year, more and more people with disabilities will become more and more, and law enforcement officers should learn to communicate with such citizens. It should be noted that in September, Focus wrote about another incident with the participation of a war veteran.
