Even Russians abroad touches: Putin will sign a new decree on mobilization in September - the media

According to journalists, the Kremlin wants to sign a new decree after a single voting day, so that the negative reaction of the Russians does not harm the ratings of the Edina Rossi party. At the end of September, Russian President Vladimir Putin will sign a new decree on mobilization in Russia. The relevant project has already been prepared in the Kremlin. This was reported by ZN. UA with reference to its sources in the special services of Ukraine.

It is reported that the date of signing of the decree was not chosen in the Kremlin by chance. Thus, the Russian Federation will already pass the only day of voting, and therefore the negative reaction of the Russians will not affect the support of candidates from the party "Edina Rossia". In addition, a large number of Russians will return at the time of signing the decree and vacation.

In addition, as stated in the material, the decree is planned to offer those citizens of mobilization age who are abroad, return home within a week after Putin. Then they will be able to serve in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for one year. It should be noted that on September 10, the only day of voting will take place in the Russian Federation.

Election campaigns of different levels will take place, including the election of deputies to the State Duma, the elections of the heads of 26 subjects of the Federation and the elections of deputies of legislative bodies of state power in 16 actors of the country. We will remind that on August 25 the head of GUR of Ukraine Kirill Budanov stated that Russia can mobilize another 450 thousand people.

He stated that in Russia 20-22 thousand people are being recruited every month, but now it is about the call of additional hundreds of thousands of soldiers. Also, on August 18, Estonia was stated that the Kremlin did not want to mobilize Russians in the Kremlin, although it is needed for the front. According to Colonel Marta Wendla, the Russian Federation wants to increase the number of contractors in the army. It is assumed that their number will somehow be able to cover the loss.
