The adviser to the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak advised the Russian invaders to repeat the rules of safe delivery against the background of the Armed Forces. "It is time to study the word" evacuation "and repeat the rules of safe delivery," he wrote on Twitter. Podolyak also recalled the actions of the Russian authorities when the Ukrainian side insisted on evacuation of Ukrainians from eastern cities, deliberately destroyed by aviation and heavy artillery.
