The Kremlin's head met with the existenter of the Wagner PEC headquarters Andriy Troshev, whom Wagnerivtsi is considered a traitor through cooperation with the Defense Ministry after a failed rebellion. The President of the Russian Federation Volodymyr Putin instructed the former Chief of Staff of the Wagner PEC Andriy Troshev to create new "volunteer units". They will be sent to fight in Ukraine. The Kremlin press service reports.

On the morning of September 29, the Russian Head of State met with Deputy Minister of Defense Junus-Backyevkurov and Eccoupler of the Wagner PEC with Sedoi's call sign Andrei Troshev. The meeting began with the discussion of the formation of "volunteer units", for which the Russian Federation is planned to announce a new recruitment of citizens. Former Chief of Staff of Wagner PEC already had the experience of such service, as he was at the front for more than a year.

"At the last meeting, we said that you will be engaged in the formation of volunteer units that can perform various combat missions. You have been fighting in such a unit for over a year. You know what it is, how it is done, you know about issues that need to be addressed in advance To make combat work the best and most successful way, " - the message reads. By the way, Andriy Troshev was present at a meeting with the President immediately after the military rebellion of Yevgeny Prigogin.

Then Vladimir Putin, as Meduza points out, suggested the mercenaries "several options for employment". Then the head of the Wagner PEC stated that his fighters did not agree with such a decision, and Andrei Troshev after a while, as noted by the Kremlin Prescriber Dmitry Peskov, he was already working at the Ministry of Defense. We will remind, on September 28 it was reported that the ISW confirmed the return of PEC "Wagner" under Bakhmut. There are now about 500 mercenaries, as analysts noted.
