Artificial Intelligence Drones: The Armed Forces began test tests of British UAVs

Western developers of drones with built -in intelligence believe that these UAVs will be able to allow Ukraine to suppress certain Russian positions. Some Ukrainian units of the Armed Forces have already started testing for drones with the function of artificial intelligence transmitted by the United Kingdom. The Deputy Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces, Colonel Vadim Sukharevsky, said this at a briefing at the Military Media Centre of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

He stressed that this technology remains difficult when introducing it on the front. "There are such attempts, there are systems. I want to say that it is a very difficult process in terms of organization and implementation - the use of these drones on the front, with combat use," he emphasized. However, the deputy head is confident in the near future development of this area. "How do we distinguish a photograph of artificial intelligence and real? By the number of fingers, etc.

, here is just this number of" fingers "in the picture - the moment we need to put into life on the battlefield," he emphasized. Recall that recently, the media has been reported that Britain is working with countries, including the United States, to give Ukraine thousands of new unmanned artificial intelligence that could simultaneously attack Russian goals.

Western military planners who develop this technology believe that it can allow Ukraine to suppress certain Russian positions with the help of unmanned devices. As reported by The Washington Post, the Ukrainian soldiers have started testing for FPV-punks with artificial intelligence since the summer of 2023, which are capable of striking goals after loss of communication.

In early autumn, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informed that one of these drones - Saker Scout - was admitted to the Armed Forces. Experts have specified that thanks to the latest optics, the system of this drone can independently recognize and record the coordinates of the technique of the enemy, even masked. Later, another Ukrainian drone, equipped with artificial intelligence and automatic flight regime-Skyknight 2.

In addition, Ukraine will receive French drones-Kamikadze for checking in battle, French Defense Minister Sebastian Lecorton said. We will remind, on February 14 there was 19 meeting of the contact group on defense of Ukraine in the format "Ramstein". The Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov has declared the start of the work of an integrated anti -air and missile defense coalition, which has already been joined by 15 countries. Ukrainian combat units make success in radio defense with drones.
