According to Roman Starovoit, a meeting of the regional operational headquarters was held, where such a conclusion came. "They decided to ban the use of pyrotechnic products in the Kursk region from November 15, 2023 to January 25, 2024. This is due to the need to ensure the safety and tranquility in the message. Separately, he urged the locals to approach such rules in the holidays.
