I urge you to do everything possible to make the OSCE co -creator of victory over Russian terror - the president during the OSCE PA speech

Most countries in the world demonstrates powerful solidarity, helping us free our land from occupation and protecting our people from Russian genocide policy. We see how different international sites are looking for and finding the necessary solutions to help stop Russian terror, to isolate the terrorist state as much as possible and to find a way out of the severe global crises created by Russia.

But why are there no OSCE among these sites? Why, in particular, the terrorist state even after nine months of its continuous crimes remains one of the members of your Parliamentary Assembly? If it was not for a Polish decision to visa for the Russian delegation, for which I am grateful to Poland, grateful to the representatives of the Polish Seimas, the government, also the President . . . So, if this was not, representatives of the terrorist state could be among you today.

This fact is a frank bullying of all the principles on which the OSCE was created. Russia uses massive missile strikes against peaceful cities. He tries to leave millions of people without electricity, bond, heat and water. He tries to turn millions of Ukrainians into refugees who would look for shelter in other countries in your countries. Russia daily and every day for nine months fired from artillery and volley fire systems to those cities that can reach . . . neighboring countries. I would like to.

If they could. If Ukraine had not stopped their invaders. If the world did not show solidarity. But the world was not looking for a senseless compromise - all minus one - to fight Russian terror.

So why should you look for such a compromise here? If rudimentary procedures and outdated regulations are intended to preserve only false ideas about security and cooperation in Europe and do not protect life and people realistically, then it is impossible to remain hostages to such procedures and regulations. Need determination to change them.

I urge you not to wait for winter, spring or summer to finally eliminate even the hypothetical possibility of terror supporters to participate in any activity of your Parliamentary Assembly. I urge you to do everything possible to make the OSCE among those who are really able to stop terror and help bring Russian killes and executioners to just responsibility.

If you can act effectively at the level of your national parliaments, then you can also act parliamentary assemblies - and not only at the level of verbal condemnations. The Russian war against Ukraine is a test for any international organization.

Is she relevant or not? She is capable of something but texts about what is happening or not? She is present among those who are approaching peace, or does she only take care of how to keep her in her offices and halls? Russia does not read letters about peace and does not listen to Helsinki principles. Russia does not think that the existence of any council in Europe is value.

Russia does not respect the Red Cross and will not listen only because some organization has been working for over a hundred years. We need to be where the greatest danger, if your vocation is to take care of safety. Effective decisions that have legal consequences for the enemies of a united Europe should be made, if your task is to defend Europe.

It is necessary to fight for every person where the person is threatened with the worst, one must fight for access to such people, for realizing them, if your task is to protect people. We see in Ukraine who really helps, and who perceives Russian terror as part of the television picture.

We see who tries to break everything that interferes for peace, and whoever pretends to be a genocide online here - they look and expect that Russia will stop at some moment or that someone will somehow press the "pause" button. We see who shows humanity, saving people, and who thinks quietly that Ukrainians can simply sacrifice. We see it all. The world sees it. And there will be conclusions. Conclusions about specific leaders who were afraid of true leadership.

Conclusions on specific international organizations that have opposed the history of history. Conclusions on specific countries that, unfortunately, were fearful. Right now and on the basis of actions or absence of actions during the Russian terrorist war, the fate of many in the world is determined.

And I urge you to do everything possible to make the organization for security and cooperation in Europe a co -creator of victory over Russian terror, and therefore a co -creator of peace on our continent. I am grateful to the principled chairman of the Assembly and for conscientious work in committees and at the level of national delegations for all that serves our values ​​with you and helps Russia's isolation for terror.

And I urge to extend this principle and honesty to the procedural architecture of the Assembly and the OSCE as a whole. It's time for this reform! And, of course, to finally stop the number of months of war and start the countdown of peace, you need to use all national and international opportunities for pressure on the terrorist state. Be in this leaders - and you will be leaders in motion to peace.
