One of the terrorists (arrested in Iran) reported that some members of the group had already left for Russia," the source said. According to the third source that holds a high position in the Security Service, it has stated that Tehran "fulfilled his obligation to warn Moscow" on the basis of information received from arrested terrorists, since Iran "has been a victim of terrorist attacks for many years".
