It is noted that in the last weeks the regions of Russia, including Kursk and Belgorod regions of the Russian Federation, have experienced attacks of missiles and drones. In addition, the campaign of Ukraine, which is aimed at infrastructure and industrial facilities, including oil refineries and warehouses, continues. At the same time in the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation continue to grow panic moods related to intense fights.
Local residents complain that their lives have changed dramatically and resembles hell. If people have the opportunity to leave, they do it. The settlements of Belgorod region, located near the border, were emptied. The continuation of the fighting becomes more and more clear that the Kremlin cannot guarantee the protection of its own internationally recognized borders.
On March 20, Russian President Vladimir Putin acknowledged the fact that the safety of residents of Belgorod region would be secured. One of the interlocutors of the publication stated that Putin ordered the transfer of additional forces from the Ukrainian fronts to the region. It is not yet known how many troops mean. So far, military experts do not state significant movements of the occupation forces of the Russian Federation.
