Putin decided to nationalize the cartridge plant in the Moscow region due to boiler accident

According to journalists, the owners of the MIC enterprise are abroad. Due to the breakthrough of the heatway on January 4 in the city of Klimovsk, 173 apartment buildings were left without heating in 20-degree frost. Russian authorities have decided to nationalize a specialized cartridge plant in Klimovsk (Moscow region), whose boiler room was in a state of emergency.

The decision was made by the Kremlin chairman Volodymyr Putin, as reported by the governor of the Moscow region Andriy Vorobyov at a government meeting, reports the Russian TV channel on January 360. On January 4, one of the Klimovsk units 173 apartment buildings remained without heating. At this time, the air temperature was below 20 degrees.

All due to the accident at the boiler room of the Klimovsky specialized cartridge plant (KSPZ), the cause of which was a breakthrough of the heating company. Governor Andriy Vorobyov stated that "very complex operational measures" were needed because of the stopping of the emergency boiler room, but the owners of the cartridge are abroad. Therefore, the power of the Moscow region was authorized because of the emergency to take the boiler room "in management".

The special regime at the object was already canceled, which was explained by the fact that the cartridge plant belongs to the military-industrial complex. The management of the Moscow region earlier stated that it could not control the work of the boiler room because it is located in the territory of the "regime object". It is reported that they learned about problems only from social networks, which have numerous complaints from citizens. On January 7, a criminal case was taken.
