Journalists say that more than 160 countries have signed an international agreement on the ban on the use of such weapons systems. The document states that a non -selective weapon can cause significant damage to the civilian population. At the same time, the first request from Kiev to these mines came from the beginning of the invasion of the Russian Federation, that is, almost three years ago.
