The analyst Alexander Musienko pointed to the risks that the war for exhaustion is. The head of the Center for Military Legal Research Alexander Musienko on the YouTube channel Focus from November 15, shared his opinion on this occasion. Talking about the decisions to be made, the expert noted that if partners talk about the war for exhaustion, they should ensure the victory of Ukraine in this war. The second decision is to provide Ukraine with technologies and weapons to such an extent that the Ukrainian forces make a breakthrough.
