To spread: The third separate storm team attracts captive invaders to repair the houses affected during the fighting. In particular, prisoners of war repair the roofs of two dwellings in Izium, Kharkiv region. The head of the department of communications of the 3rd OSHB, Lieutenant Danilo Melnikov (Call sign "Akrobat") told the "only news" on the broadcasting of the "only news" that the roofs of buildings were damaged during shelling when the enemy troops departed from the settlement.

According to him, the involvement of prisoners of war in the reconstruction of infrastructure cannot yet be fully called reparations of the Russian Federation - this is only the first precedent that has in particular pedagogical purpose. "In our opinion, this, let's say, precedent, the first reparation pebble on the side of our enemy . . . But I must note that it is not a repair - it's just a joke. The goal is to see that they have done something, and they can try to do something.

He also noted that the Russians often behave "gloomy", regret their actions and emotionally talk about command. The third assault team provides prisoners of war and monitors the safety of Izium residents during work. According to Danylo Melnikov, the locals do not have a special desire to communicate with the captives of the Russian Federation. The head of the communications department of the 3rd OSHBI assured that the occupiers are involved in the repair of houses with their own consent.

"They were offered - they agreed and got to work. It did not in any way affect their stay in this intermediate stage of captivity. If they refused - then they would just sit and expect their further fate. And so they were able to do something useful in this world and in their lives," - explained. He added that other Ukrainian units in all parts of the demarcation line can be taken over. "Because there is a huge amount of civilian infrastructure.

The commander of the Third Army Corps Andriy Biletsky, published on June 28, said that the involvement of the captives of the Russians in the restoration of Izium meets the standards of the Geneva Convention. During the fighting, about 80% of buildings were damaged or destroyed in its territory.
