Unknown recruiters: in the Orenburg region of the Russian Federation secretly call criminal criminals to the front

Human rights activists say that the recruits were not with Wagner PEC. In order to protect yourself from questioning, the leadership of the correctional colony has closed the territory allegedly quarantine. Within the limits of "partial" mobilization in Russia continue to recruit prisoners from correctional colonies. It was known that this was done by oligarch Yevgeny Prigogin, who recruited criminal criminals at Wagner PEC, but unknown recruiters were noticed in the Orenburg region.

About it reports The Insider with reference to the human rights organization "Rus sedate". According to the head of the organization Olga Romanova, the Orenburg correctional colonies of VK-8, VK-1 and VK-9 were arrived by recruits who were looking for prisoners to go to the war in Ukraine. But these were not Wagner PEC staff, but, according to her, something new. In an attempt to find out the details, it turned out that VK-1 was closed for quarantine.

The sources of the newspaper confirmed that the colony was closed and hung a sign of "Quarantin", but no resolution on the introduction of quarantine on the site of the Federal Punishment Service (FSVP) was published. The situation with "quarantine" was refused to comment on the employees of the VC, both personally and by phone. At the same time, journalists learned that in the massacre of the colony, no one knows anything about it, since no resolution on quarantine was made.

Moreover, according to the Secretary of the UFSVP of the Orenburg region, there is no quarantine in VK-1. "After I found out that quarantine did not introduce, they began to say that there was disinfection. The taxophones, according to the prisoners, were disconnected. Recently, nothing about quarantine or disinfection was released from the colony or disinfection," the lawyer said. One of Eugene Kulakov's prisoners.

It was also known that lawyers tried to get into the colony to visit their clients, who were there, but VC staff simply pushed them at the gate. At the same time, the relatives of the convicted say that the colony has been closed at least from September 26.

Who exactly tried to recruit criminal criminals on the front was not possible to find out, but the publication reports that the deputies of the Bashkirri Parliament have submitted to the State Duma a bill on the departure of prisoners to the war. In this case, the convicted person may be given a delay in serving the sentence if he participated in hostilities, and the time of stay at the front shall be enlisted within the sentence at one to ten.

Earlier it was reported that in Russia the private military company "Wagner" is trying to recruit another 1,500 people, in particular from correctional colonies to send them to the war in Ukraine. However, there is information that many volunteers refuse because they are afraid of the Armed Forces. On September 19, it became known that 5786 people from Russian correctional institutions were recruited as a reserve for Russian troops.
