The military who voluntarily surrendered will not pay money - TCC (video)

To spread: from March, native servicemen who have disappeared or have been captured by Russian captivity will receive payments under a new algorithm. Families of servicemen who voluntarily surrendered the Russian captivity will lose the right to financial support. A spokesman for the Poltava Regional Shopping Center and JV Roman Istomin told this during a briefing on February 19.

According to him, since March, native servicemen from Poltava region who have disappeared or have been captured by Russian captivity will receive payments under the new algorithm. Soldiers themselves can determine those who will receive their payments in such cases. To do this, they must write a personal order that will distribute the funds and in which interest.

Roman Istomina stressed that the innovations concern not only new cases of captivity, but also the military who are already captured or disappeared. The funds were mainly received by the wives of servicemen, but now the list of possible recipients has now been significantly expanded.

"The effect of this point does not apply to servicemen who voluntarily have been captured, left unauthorized military units, places of service or deserted from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations and law enforcement agencies formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine," Roman Istomin said.
