The Russian army is lacking RSZV: the ISW told how the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation adapts marine bombments

The system intended for the destruction of submarines is installed on the MT-LB combat armored car. ISW believes that such actions of Russians are caused by a shortage of reactive volley fire systems. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to modify anti -ship missile units for use against land purposes in Ukraine. This is stated in the report of the Institute of War Study (ISW).
