Gaidai about conducting a pseudo -referendum in Luhansk region: the occupiers' plans are failed

The head of the Lugansk Ova Sergei Gaidai said that the plans of Russian invaders for holding a large pseudo -referendum on September 11 were failed. On the broadcast of the FREED, he said that by September 11 the situation on the front will not change dramatically, and in the south the situation may change in favor of Ukraine. According to him, the occupiers have plans to hold a pseudo -referendum only in the Luhansk region.
