Kovalenko pointed out that in Dzhanka, on Cape Tarkhankut and in the Feodosia district there is a 18th anti-aircraft missile regiment of Russia. According to him, through the "foundation-M" Russians united all starting installations, radar stations in the area. The expert stressed that the occupiers use not just two different control stations, such as 92H2E, which has limited functionality, but also 91N6E.
