The Russian Federation cannot expand the offensive: the coal has fulfilled its task - Timochko

According to the Chairman of the Council of Reservists of the Land Forces, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, after seizure of colledar, can plan an offensive in the Zaporozhye direction. It is already possible to observe the activation of the invaders in the Staromayorsk district. The defense of the carbon has completed its tasks because the Russians were unable to unfold their offensive.

The Chairman of the Council of Reservists of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ivan Tymochko on the air "Kyiv24" told this. According to him, the coal was an important point for defense, because it is located at an altitude and has generally "good" geographical and technical features. At the same time, the admiration of the city was not the main task for the Russians, but only part of the large offensive along the line "Comedar-Kurakhove-Pokrovsk".

Timochko noted that the Russians will try to move in this direction, depending on the resources they have. At the same time, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation could not develop their offensive from the coal, as it was after the capture of Avdiivka. Timochko stated that there was a long time ago the understanding that the Armed Forces may have to be departed from the coal, and therefore the events were prepared for this development.

The new location of the fighters depends on how much the forces and means are, what defense forces can use. Local authorities had to play an important role in building defense lines. According to Tymochko, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can plan an offensive in the Zaporozhye direction after capture of the coal. It is already possible to observe the activation of the invaders in the Staromayorsk district.

The Russian Federation can also strengthen its troops near Pokrovsk or start building other routes. Earlier, a fighter in the Armed Forces said that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation began active assaults near Kurakhov. According to the serviceman Stanislav Bunatov, after the coal, the new goal of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will be the settlements of Bogoyavlenko and the Dalny.
