Putin's voice was not recognized: Roszmi duplicated the President of the Russian Federation at the Brix Forum (Video)

The Russian media published a video of the President of the Russian Federation, but for something duplicated his voice. At the same time on the site of the Kremlin Putin can be heard in the "original voice". Russian President Vladimir Putin appealed to Brix Business Forum participants through video address. The event took place on August 22 in Johannesburg, South Africa, as part of the previous main summit of the Bricks Group countries, RIA News reports.

However, judging by the published recording, the voice of the Russian leader was duplicated in Russian. It is not clear what the purpose of such replacement. It is noteworthy that the video address of the President of the aggressor country is available on the Kremlin's official website with his real voice.
