Support points in cities - there are separate tasks for the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including real information of people. So that everyone can contact the 112 line and get help, get information on heating and electricity supply.

It is important that public institutions and authorities on the ground are in full communication with business, with energy companies – with everyone who can now add resources for shared sustainability. There should be solutions to curfews - to make it easier for entrepreneurs to plan their work. And to be able to use business objects as support points for people. In particular, government officials have already spoken with trade networks.

I instructed the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the First Deputy Prime Minister - the Minister of Energy, and other government officials to be as active as possible in communication with society and to help communities as much as possible. Separately, we spoke with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine and the commander of the Air Force for the protection of energy facilities, according to the needs we have.

Today, there were again heavy strikes on Kharkiv - precisely on critical infrastructure, rocket strikes. "Shahedy" both in the morning and now in the evening against Kyiv. The situation in the border regions is difficult. It is important to strengthen the Dnipro region and Odesa as well - we will have more contact with partners. I spoke just now with Mark Rutte, particularly about the PURL program and our ability to purchase air defense missiles.

We also talked about diplomatic work with America - Ukraine has never been and never will be an obstacle to peace. The Russian missiles, the Russian "shaheds", the Russian attempt to destroy Ukraine are clear evidence that Russia does not need agreements at all. When Ukrainians are without electricity for 20-30 hours because of Russia and when Russian strikes are aimed at breaking our energy and our people, it is Russia that needs to be pressured.
