With such actions, the Kremlin's leadership tries to distract Ukraine and Western partners, trying to create "additional tension points". The stay of the Russian PEC "Wagner" in the territory of Belarus, is an information and psychological special operation arranged by the highest leadership of Russia. Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine, told about it on the national telephone.

It is noted that such actions by the Kremlin's senior leadership and, in particular, the leadership of Belarus can be considered "shot in the leg", because the neighboring countries will be ready for any provocations by the Wagner PEC, so even in the case of some kind The threats of Poland and the Baltic countries will strengthen the defense of the borders and increase their security sector.

According to Yusov, such provocations have already worked various response scenarios on the Belarusian border. We will remind that on July 23 a meeting of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with Alexander Lukashenko took place, during which the Belarusian politician in a humorous tone stated that mercenaries with Wagner's PEC allegedly "pressed" on him to go to Warsaw and Rzeszow.

A few days later, on August 1, the Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko stated that he joked about the pressure of the Wagner PEC because of the desire of mercenaries to go to Polish cities.

He also stated that Wagner's PVC fighters would no longer "forgive" the Poles the supply of weapons to Ukraine, so he was convinced that in Warsaw he should thank for the maintenance of angry mercenaries. Also, on August 1, the UN permanent representative to Linda Thomas Grinfield stated that the Wagner PEC attack will be considered an attack by the Government of the Russian Federation. According to her, Wagner PVC mercenaries pose a threat to the whole event.

Linda Thomas-Grinfield also noted that having seen the actions of the Wagner PEC on the African continent of the United States "unconditionally concerned" by the fact that mercenaries can do on behalf of the Russian government, because they do not act independently of Moscow. By the way, on August 1, Batu University Lecturer Dr. Stephen Hall stated that Wagner Merzes can create a number of problems with the Baltic States.
