"Unclear situation": in the Kyiv region the driver "rolled" on the hood of the military - social networks (video)

To spread: On the road of one of the settlements of the Kiev region, an incident with a man in military uniform occurred. In social networks, frames from the car salon, which can see how the driver carries a person in "pixel" on the hood. On the dtp. kiev. ua Instagram account, a video of a military man in the form of a military car is moving. He with gestures asks the driver to stop. On the turn, the car slows down, and the man jumps from the hood.

It is unknown if he was an employee of the territorial center of completion and social support and what the incident ended. It is also unknown in what settlement the event occurred. "The situation in the Kiev region is unclear: an unknown driver drove a person in a hood. At one of the turns the man left the car . . . . At the Kyiv Regional Shopping Center and JV and other departments, at the time of material publication, they did not comment on videos with a man in military uniform.
