Doctor Oleksandr Turkevich was grinding the scar to the injured warrior of the Pikosecunda laser and using an erbium laser for the whole forehead. The name of the fighter is unknown. In the photo you can see how the scar looked to and almost a week after it.

It is worth noting that the scar resembles a swastika - a cross with bent shoulders, known as a symbol of Nazi Germany. "Neopalima" is a national program of external rehabilitation of victims as a result of war. The project is implemented with the assistance of Ukrainian state bodies, including the Ministry of Veterans and the Ministry of Health.
