A group of Russian deputies and senators has already entered the Duma. It will allow paid outdoor advertising on missiles and facilities. Potential income, as stated in the explanatory note to the document, can be 205 million rubles a year. The initiators of the bill believe that for the federal budget, the establishment of outdoor advertising at space infrastructure can be a source of additional income. The funds seem to be directed to the development of "innovative space projects".
The budget costs for these tasks in the coming years in Russia will be reduced. Space budget in 2024, compared with the current year, decreases by 1. 3 billion rubles, to 285. 9 billion in 2025 planned expenses by another 14 billion rubles, to 271. 9 billion in 2026 in 2026. An additional 13. 8 billion rubles, up to 258.
