By making herself for a woman, the agent tried to set the coordinates of potential goals for the shocks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The area of the Armed Forces, Security, National Guard and Border Guards were special attention. He bypassed the terrain and hiddenly recorded Ukrainian objects, and then passed the curator in the form of text messages, photographs and labels on electronic maps.
The man, who, according to one of the Odessa public, called Ivan Vyshovan, the SBU staff were detained at the place of residence in January this year. During the searches, he seized three phones that he used to collect intelligence and contact with the curator. After the investigation, the case was brought to court.
Prosecutors proved that the man collected and transmitted information on the location of military units, the movement of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces in the territory of the Izmail district. From the moment of detention and to the sentence, he was in custody. The court found the agent guilty under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State betrayal committed in the conditions of martial law). He was sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
