The next day, Daria Trepova was detained on suspicion of the murder of Tatarsky. On April 4, she was charged with a terrorist attack and illegally storage of explosives.

In particular, criminal proceedings were opened under Article 105 of the Criminal Code due to the murder of a militarycor. The National Anti -Terrorist Committee of the Russian Federation believed that the murder of the propagandist was also involved in the special services of Ukraine and representatives of the Foundation for Corruption Alexei Navalny.
