According to security officers, for the blast of the post office, the suspect produced a homemade explosive device with remote control. He then intended to hide the SVP in a fruit box and blow up with a phone call. In Zaporozhye, the Security Service of Ukraine detained a Russian agent who tried to undermine the post office in Zaporozhye. The press service of the department reports. It is noted that the surgery to detain the enemy agent was in several stages.

To undermine the mail department, he made a homemade explosive device with remote control. He received the instruction for the manufacture of explosives from the Russian special service. He then intended to hide the SVP in a box with fruit and send to the cargo compartment of one of the postal operators and put it there with a phone call. The invaders hoped that undermining institutions would lead to numerous casualties among civilians and spread panic in the frontline.

The attackers failed to implement their plan, the SBU staff worked for ahead - exposed the person involved at the stage of preparation of the terrorist attack. Also during the investigation, the SBU found that the additional task of the Russian agent was to identify the places of mass concentration of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces. The investigation found that a resident of Zaporozhye was the agent of the Russian Federation.

He was recruited by a staff member of the 316th intelligence center of the GU Svit Staff. The man received money for the production of explosives, and after the terrorist attack he had to receive a reward. Investigators of the SBU reported the person suspected of two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He is threatened with life imprisonment. It should be reminded that in Ukraine they exposed an exosovityka, which helped the Russian invaders during the battles for Kharkiv.
