"This is a conscious sabotage

The deputy leader of the National Police Andriy Nebitov says that the Russians arrange such terrorist attacks to create "fake reality" and undermine the trust of Ukrainians in the law enforcement system. The Dnieper terrorist attack was a sabotage of the Russians and part of the hostile IPSO for discrediting military and law enforcement officers and the "split" of society, said the deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine Andriy Nietitov on his Facebook page.

According to Andriy Nephitov, the Russian Federation recruits terrorists-blasting among Ukrainian citizens-Ukrainian citizens to "shake the situation within the country" and weaken the forces of security and defense and the whole state.

"All these blasting, the destruction of the infrastructure-conscious sabotages, which are simultaneously exacerbated by the enemy's information and psychological attacks for discrediting the military and the entire law enforcement system," the law enforcement officer wrote.

The Deputy Chairman of the National Police noted that 10% of 100,000 Ukrainian law enforcement officers are fighting at the hottest front points, and another 25% serve in the war zones, so narratives about "300,000 police officers who need to be sent to the front" are in his opinion. unfounded.

"At the same time, about 40-45% of police are involved in the performance of security and defense functions, namely, combat tasks, demining, evacuating people from dangerous zones, ensuring security at the border. In addition, we are maintaining a criminogenic situation and law and order within the state. It is a job that no one will do instead of police officers, "Nebitov said.

According to the law enforcement officer, the special services of the Russian Federation, with the help of similar diversions in the Dnieper, create a "fake reality" in order to eliminate the support of defenders by society and destroy the law enforcement system in Ukraine. "Be careful when you consume information. When you spread the bots. Do not facilitate the occupation of the occupier.

The destabilized country with a destroyed law enforcement system will not be able to support the front effectively," - summed up the Deputy Head of the National Police. We will remind, on Saturday December 14 at about 14. 45 in the Dnieper there was a terrorist attack. The police of the Dnipropetrovsk region reported an explosion in the city center, which resulted in a person killed and two law enforcement officers were injured.

Later, new details of the terrorist attack became known: a video with the moment of the explosion spread on the network and local publications reported that a homemade explosion had worked near the car and a serviceman was killed as a result of a terrorist attack. On the evening of December 14, the National Police press service reported that they detained a 37-year-old suspect. According to law enforcement officers, he acted by orders of the special services of the Russian Federation.
