Any retardation of missiles for air defense, any untimely delivery works to scale the damage from strikes. Everything that we talked about in Munich with our partners must be implemented promptly. It is important that the partners are not silent. Now everyone is waiting for the continuation of the tripartite meetings. Our delegation is already in Geneva, already preparing for negotiations. Russia cannot resist the temptation of the last days of winter cold and wants to hit Ukrainians painfully.

The greater this evil from Russia, the more difficult it will be for everyone to agree on something with them. Partners should be aware of this. First of all, this concerns the United States. Soon we will celebrate the year of the most active diplomacy that Ukraine has engaged in. We agreed to all of America's realistic offers, starting with an offer to cease fire - unconditionally and permanently. Russia rejects and continues its assaults on the front and attacks on our cities and energy.

We expect that the partners will act so that the coercion of the aggressor to peace really works. I want to thank all our friends who are already preparing new sanctions. We talked about it with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiga and the sanctions commissioner Vladyslav Vlasyuk. We expect strong decisions from Europe, Britain, Canada and other partners. The solutions are actually already prepared.

Today, there are new sanctions of Ukraine against Russian persons who are trying to put sport at the service of war and racism. The names of these persons are known, and are known, unfortunately, no longer for their sporting achievements, but for their completely unworthy deeds. We will work to ensure that our sanctions are synchronized in other jurisdictions as well.

He also instructed to prepare a clear list of persons who participate in Russia's war against Ukraine, as well as serve Putin and his madness and definitely do not deserve to visit democratic countries. We will negotiate with our partners so that each of the participants in the Russian aggression and all those who helped them cannot move freely around the world. We really hope that the partners will have enough political will to make it all happen.

This is one element of Russia's overall responsibility for this aggression and for everything they have done against the normal rules-based world order. They also talked in detail with the Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal. There are preliminary agreements on support packages - this applies to financial support, equipment, and necessary things for our stability, for recovery in Ukraine.

This week in France there will be an energetic Rammstein, there will be representatives of the Big Seven, as well as European countries that are not part of the Group of Seven, but help us in a tangible way. I am grateful for the willingness to support. A clear task for the Minister of Energy is to bring to Ukraine exactly those solutions that will really help us. We also work with America in the energy sector.

There is work to be done for the strategic energy partnership between Ukraine and the United States. This is very important. There are also strong developments with Europe. This is also very important. The Russians understand what they are trying to destroy when they attack Ukraine. Ukraine can become a truly important element of European and Euro-Atlantic security. It is important that the partners of our state are aware of Ukrainian opportunities as well as our common enemy.

No one should have any illusions: if Russia does not take responsibility for its aggression, it will not live in peace with you - with anyone in the world who expects to cooperate with it. Russia should be responsible for everything. There must be justice. Peace will be the reward of those who know how to use force. Today there were also reports from the Security Service of Ukraine, namely Yevhenii Khmara and Oleksandr Poklad, in particular on countering Russian operations.

I am grateful for every success, the success of our defenders, including the SBU, in countering Russian sabotage. Separately, Oleksandr Poklad will also clean up the Security Service of Ukraine from those who serve in positions other than Ukraine and other interests. Strong actions and a really strong Security Service of Ukraine are needed. I await the results. Thanks to everyone who helps Ukraine!
