People's Deputy Volodymyr Aryev explained that there is enough

"This is nonsense": Ukraine has not yet canceled the Russian Black Sea Fleet Agreement in Crimea (video)

People's Deputy Volodymyr Aryev explained that there is enough "formal grounds" to cancel the ratification, but the issue "hanged" in court. Moreover, in his words, the defenders of these arrangements have already appeared. In 2010, the so -called "Kharkiv Agreements" on the conditions of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the territory of Ukraine were concluded. These arrangements for enemy ships in the captured Crimea have not yet been canceled.

On December 11, MP Volodymyr Agev told the Espresso TV channel. The parliamentarian said that the Constitutional Court received a submission to the abolition of "Kharkiv Agreements". He proposed to divide this issue into two components - political and legal. "From the point of view of the political component, well, what can be the issue of baseing the Black Sea Fleet and the obligation that Ukraine assumes is nonsense.

A lot of agreements with the Russian Federation have been denounced during this cadence of the Verkhovna Rada," he said. Ayev. However, according to him, the cancellation of the Russian Fleet's agreement has "stuck" in court. The People's Deputy stressed that the decision of the Constitutional Court should already be "unambiguous and iron". "The question remains what the decision will be made by the Constitutional Court," Ageev said. He said that thoughts on this issue were shared.

In particular, there are even those who defend the Honnery Agreement in the Crimea. "As a participant in those events, I can say that absolutely everything was broken," the parliamentarian recalled. According to him, there was a lack of votes even to register the appropriate offer. In addition, the vote was not personally, but in large numbers with violation of the norms of the Constitution.

"That is, formal grounds are enough for the Constitutional Court to make a decision to abolish the ratification," Agev assured. It should be reminded that the Constitutional Court will check the "Kharkiv Agreements" for compliance with the law as early as April 14. 49 Ukrainian deputies opposed this. According to Focus, Explore Viktor Yanukovych agreed to extend the term of stay of the Black Sea Federation in Crimea for 25 years in exchange for gas discounts.
